We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

musxiao.com provides a suite of AI-powered tools and services designed to enhance productivity and decision-making. Our services include:

AI Chat — An intelligent conversational assistant capable of answering questions, generating content, and helping with a wide range of tasks.
App Generator — A tool that leverages AI to help users create applications, prototypes, and code quickly and efficiently.
Stock Analysis — AI-driven market and stock analysis tools that provide insights and data to support investment research.
AI Frontier Daily — A curated daily digest covering the latest developments, breakthroughs, and trends in artificial intelligence.

AI Model Disclosure

Our platform uses the following third-party AI models and APIs to power its services:

GLM (General Language Model) by Zhipu AI (z.ai) — Powers AI Chat, App Generator code generation, and conversational features. Models include GLM-4.5, GLM-5, and GLM-5.1 series.
MiniMax by MiniMax — Provides additional AI Chat capabilities via MiniMax M2 series models.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate. Users should independently verify critical information, especially financial data and investment advice provided by our Stock Analysis tools. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscription & Payment

We offer the following subscription plans:

Free Plan — Access to basic features at no cost.
Pro Plan — $5.00/month. Expanded access with higher usage limits and additional features.
Premium Plan — $20.00/month. Full access to all tools, features, and priority support.

Subscription payments are processed through Creem, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize Creem to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Auto-Renewal: All paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hi@musxiao.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

All fees are listed in USD and are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal Content: Generating, storing, or distributing content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
NSFW / Sexually Explicit Content: Using our services to generate, request, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind.
Harassment: Using our services to harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, or abuse any individual or group.
Spam: Using our services to send unsolicited messages, bulk communications, or automated spam.
Malware: Creating, distributing, or facilitating malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing campaigns, or any other malicious software or activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, and design of musxiao.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and code — are the exclusive intellectual property of musxiao.com and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without prior written consent.

Content you generate using our AI tools remains your responsibility. You retain ownership of your original input, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, musxiao.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or discontinuing use of the services. Upon termination:

Your right to use the services will immediately cease.
We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of any content associated with your account.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
